Southern Sunrise Smoothie
This smoothie makes me miss my days of growing up in Louisiana. This recipe makes a large batch, which is enough to enjoy the next day.
Yields: Makes 6 cups
2 cups collard greens
2 cups strawberries
2 large or 3 medium peaches
1/2 cup grapes (for sweetness)
2 cups soy milk or non-dairy milk
Ice cubes, optional
Blend in a blender until smooth.
Store left-over Southern Sunrise Smoothie in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
